Isaac Choloka

Isaac Choloka began sculpting after meeting Wengaï Chilengu: "Sculpture is not a matter of age, height or weight: what counts is the effort you put into your project. I mainly sculpt figures imbued with symbols of love and sentiment. I owe my first inspirations to Lazarus Takawira." He is also influenced by Picasso, who once declared that everything he knew about sculptures he had found in Shona art...
Choloka exhibits frequently, notably in Zimbabwe, the United States and the Middle East.
